The vacuum piston pump, TPP, consists of the two piston pump modules and the gearbox wherein there is located the drive shaft complete with an eccentric. The driving motion is transferred from the electric motor, via the clutch. An eccentric turn, via the pusher, results in piston reciprocating movements, thus generating under-pressure in the suction system of the vacuum pump. The pump pistons are sealed with special-purpose flexible rubber gaskets, while the piston rods are sealed with O-rings in the guides. The piston rods and the antifriction bearings are lubricated with oil from the gearbox, wherein an oil level gauge is located also.
