Description

The A 24/10  fire engine pump is a horizontal, single-step structure (with one rotor), with an axial inlet and with a radial outlet. At the inlet, the fire engine pump is provided with a suction connector enabling connection of two suction lines of Ø  110. At the outlet, there is located a forcing distributor provided with the outlets: to the gun, to the foaming medium and two connections to the forcing collectors. The collectors are provided with oblique disk valves, ZK 65, that enable connection of four forcing lines, Ø 75. The fire engine pump shaft is supported in two anti-friction bearings lubricated in an oil bath. The fire engine pump shaft  outlet is sealed with a service-free mechanical face sealing. At the shaft end, there is located a coupling enabling connection with a typical driving shaft of the fire-fighting vehicle. The fire engine pump, A 24/10 and the  vacuum pump, TPP 2, serving for priming the fire engine pump, are located on a common plate, constituting a ready-made general-purpose extinguishing module. The extinguishing module in this form  may be mounted as a complete sett in various types of fire-fighting vehicles.
